the key to burning off fat is exercising daily, (cardiovascular and weights) and eating low calorie foods that are nutritious. big plates of veggies! low calorie but have what you need in them…vitamin and mineral wise yet lack the calories that make you gain or stay at the same weight. i am getting trimmer every day! burning fat and building muscle everyday! feels good! and since going gluten free i do not feel hungry all the time because my blood sugar is more even. i do not feel like i am “starving” because i eat enough “bulk” but keep the calories low! so my body won’t go into ‘slow down we are starving mode’. i am gonna get really fit! i can feel it.
