Gluten Free , Lost 20 pounds and Thyroid is normal again

I will try to do a video on going gluten free soon and how much it’s helped me mentally/physically/emotionally/my thyroid is now normal again- i am off the meds for it. burned off 20 pounds of fat and feel more calm and stable mentally…thinking more clearly. i have a feeling that many people would see their bodies balance out if they stopped eating wheat and gluten products. it’s the immune system that benefits from stopping the wheat in your eating. so whatever your health issues are tend to improve if you stop eating things that irritate the immune system and are hard on the body. i also stopped eating cheese (though i have occasional dairy products…but hardly any)

i eat potato and oats and Quinoa and tons of veggies. i get plenty of fiber.

so Quinoa is an edible seed and not a grain! very interesting!
