grain and gluten free feels so good!  my body chemistry is changing!

i continue to get fit everyday. grain and gluten free eating! and daily exercise! feeling & looking good. feel mentally more stable as well from the grain free eating…increasing the good fats- avocado, nuts, eggs, olive oil, fish, some meats…organic/grass fed when possible.

basically i mostly eat whole natural foods and not any processed fake foods.

i eat cooked spinach every morning: Spinach is a good source of Niacin and Zinc, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.

my daily salad usually consists of: organic mixed greens: (kale,chard,spinach), raw chopped brussel sprouts, avocado, sunflower seeds, olive oil and apple cider vinegar dressing, and nutritional brewers yeast and tumeric on top.

(apple cider vinegar is Rich in enzymes & potassium, Supports a healthy immune system, Promotes digestion & ph Balance, Helps soothe dry throats, Helps remove body sludge toxins) it has live cultures in it. ) brewers yeast also i think has some live cultures in it…the “good bacteria” basically….i also take probiotics which are live active cultures in tablet form.

i have gotten fit before but this time i look different as i burn fat. i see my bones and muscles more clearly and i think it’s because of going gluten/wheat and now mostly grain free. i also stopped eating cheese. they say dairy and grains are both inflammatory on the body. i believe now my tissue was inflamed and i didn’t even know it. i see the difference. i am burning off fat but i also feel my whole body chemistry and tissue is changing in a good way! my mental/brain health also feels more calm, stable, less irritable. i still eat some sugar (dark chocolate and occasional ice cream which i enjoy immensely)…
