good morning! eating sauteed mushrooms and onions with two scrambled eggs and spinach for breakfast! grain free, wheat and gluten free! nutrient dense foods.

eggs and fish and mushrooms are a good source of vitamin d! strawberries and leafy greens are a good source of vitamin c! eating good fat helps you burn off fat. fat does not make you fat. sugar and carbs are the foods that help people gain fat. eating healthy fats is very good for the body. nuts, seeds, avocado, some meat, eggs, fish. fat is filling and lubricates the body tissue. fats are good for your brain too. sugar and carbs increase the appetite and make the blood sugar go way up and way down. protein and fat help the blood sugar stabilize….it’s easier to not overeat when you get enough fat and protein. sugar and carbs tend to make people want to eat more calories then they need. i know this first hand.
