self trust is all about boundaries. self abandonment/internal self betrayal is something i am healing from. being more authentic feels good. tune into how you truly feel and honor your feelings. being close to yourself and others happens when you are honest with yourself & others and trust those relationships are the ones meant to me…letting go of being who i think others want me to be is very freeing.
