Water Fasting 16:8 for over a month feeling great. Exercising in the morning before eating…dr berg on YouTube says eat 7 cups of veggies a day to help the liver digest the increased fat and to get enough minerals- potassium especially ….so I’m having raw or cooked veggies with every meal in my 8 hour window …also have electrolytes in my water when I break my fast…and apple cider vinegar and also eating wheatgrass juice powder during the eating window for the minerals. and i eat seaweed for iodine!
